At Valley Mill Bakehouse, we believe that baked goods should bring sweet memories, not artificial chemicals! You shouldn't have to lower your standards just to enjoy a treat. That's why we use organic ingredients whenever we can -- from the flour to the sugar, to the chocolate, butter, and vanilla.
Fresh flour is our cornerstone. This can bring the nutrients and vitamins to our bakery items that are often lost using commercially refined flour. In short, you can pronounce all of the ingredients we use!
We want to reclaim the heritage baking that's made so many happy memories. Each recipe is specially crafted to use fresh flour, which brings a richer, deeper flavor to even the most classic of recipes (hello, Classic Chocolate Chip!).
